Vita's Winter Skin Tips 2022
HIT REFRESH THIS WINTER
VITA'S TOP TIPS

Our skin behaves differently with changes in climate and environment.

Being mindful of fluctuations in temperature from warm cosy dry homes to extreme outside aggressors is the key to having a hydrated healthy complexion.

Tip 1

Stay UV protected, don’t let winter fool you. Ageing and skin cancers can still occur. Whilst UVB rays aren’t as intense in winter, UVAs can still be as harmful penetrating through glass and clouds.

Tip 2

Hydrate from the inside out. Try our bio-fermented probiotic elixir to replenish thirsty, lacklustre skin from within and nourish your gut. Use serums like vitamin B and moisturisers with hyaluronic acid to attract and bind water..

Tip 3

Gentle exfoliation is still needed during winter as cell turnover tends to slow down during this time. Our favourite P50 lotion by BIOLOGIQUE RECHERCHE will also hydrate your skin.

Tip 4

Add a facial mask to your skin regime, or change it up. We have several hydrating masks from Biologique Recherche to suit your skin instant.
