Metabolic Balance® is a structured nutritional program designed to rebalance and reset your metabolism, increase energy and vitality, while at the same time helping your body burn fat as you move towards your weight loss and health goals.
It is a bespoke program designed especially for you, no two programs are alike, based on information taken from your initial assessment and the unique results from a blood test.

Metabolic Balance® is a 12 week, 4 stage plan that ensures you eat three meals a day made from naturally healthy food sources. Each person receives an individual plan based on his/her exact nutrient requirements, which are determined by the blood test mentioned above.

The program consist of:
- An initial 90 minute consult to determine if the program is right for you
- A blood test is organised that can be done through Australian Clinical Labs organised by Chiza or through your GP
- A follow up consult once the blood tests are in to determine your food intolerances if any
- Blood values are uploaded and sent off to Germany for a meal plan to be prepared
- Once plan is generated a further consult to discuss your plan
- Follow up consults to keep you on track and motivated

Metabolic Balance FAQs
How does Metabolic Balance work?
Metabolic Balance is a phased individual nutrition plan that specifies healthy and varied meals to start you on the way to better health.
Phase 1. This phase begins the process of detoxification and elimination and is key in preparing your metabolism for the next phase.
Phase 2. For the first two weeks, you must eat only the foods specified in your personal nutrition plan. After that, oil will be reintroduced into your diet alongside the occasional treat meal, for which you can enjoy whatever you like.
Phase 3. More foods will be added to your food list.
Phase 4. On the basis of your knowledge of and experience with the previous three phases, you may now experiment for yourself and get to know which foods are right for you. Now you may begin to slowly ease yourself away from the plan while still following the nutrition advice you have learned during the program.
Do I have to eat all the foods listed in my nutrition plan?
Yes, especially during phase 2. Your personal nutrition plan is not a product of chance but has been been created using your blood values and medical history. Those factors make your plan as unique as your fingerprint. The specified foods support your metabolism and provide you with the nutrients that were previously lacking in your diet. Enjoy trying new foods and being creative with the foods in your plan. Your coach can help you with recipe ideas. In phases 3 and 4, you are actually encouraged to bring in new foods that were not on your food list.
Can I participate in the Metabolic Balance® program if I don’t need to lose any weight?
Yes. That will be taken into consideration during the development of your plan, and adjustments will be made accordingly. Simply by taking part in the program, you will be doing something positive for your health, fitness, and vitality. You discuss your individual goals with Chiza at your first consultation.
